Cancellation Policy

Deposit/Booking Fee and Balance Payments Bookings must be paid in full in cash or by card payment by the end of your completed event. Once a cash, card, or bank transfer payment has been handed to your entertainer, we are unable to request any refund from this payment. Full payment is only required if you are fully satisfied with the service your entertainer has provided. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking for any reason you may lose your deposit. If we are forced to cancel your event due to external events beyond our control, government national or localised lockdown, we will offer to re-book you within one year from the date of your original booking, we will carry over your existing deposit to use towards the deposit of your new booking made. If you cancel with more than 7 days' notice: If you need to postpone a booking with more than 7 days' notice, we can re-book you within 12 months of the date of your party, We will carry over your existing deposit to use towards the deposit of your new booking made. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice: If you cancel a booking with less than 7 days' notice, you may forfeit your booking deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours' notice you will forfeit your booking deposit, and you may be invoiced for £50 You must ensure that a responsible adult is present at all times for any children’s events. FUN Kids Entertainers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur at an event, for which why are not liable; i.e., do not involve our entertainers or equipment Although we will be as careful as possible, please note that if your booking includes use of the Snow or Bubble Machine, you should be aware that the floor can become slippery during use. Whilst we will do our best to keep the floor dry and warn of any danger, we will not be held responsible for any slips or falls that may result. Unless informed otherwise, we will assume your party is on the ground floor level and no more than 20 metres from where we are parked. No discounts are offered for bookings that are not on the ground floor or more than 20 metres from where we are parked/unloading. Car parking costs must be covered by the client or party organiser. Your entertainer will hand you a receipt for the parking & congestion charge.
